I'm here a year later because I'm trying to get clearer skin this summer as one of my goals, and since I've watched this video, I have noticed such a difference. My acne was never like horrible per say but as a growing teen with hormonal imbalances, it was definitely there. Now I'm working on getting rid of the last few bumps but my skin has never felt better. It's not just because of what I apply on my skin each day and night, but I have also been eating healthier and getting more sleep. HUGE thumbs up in my book, thank you for these tips! Love you!!

When you were talking about filters and such, it makes me think about the KPop concerts that I’ve been to and have attended sound check. So you are NEVER allowed to film or take pictures during sound check. Your discussion made me realize that it’s probably e because it shows the idols without makeup and costumes and they don’t want pictures of them like that. The sound check is just a preview of the songs they are already going to sing, so it’s not like secret content. It’s just to maintain photos of them with the aesthetic that they want put out. That’s wild!! This is so eye opening! Have you read Elise Hu’s book “Flawless” it goes into the history and impact of K Beauty. Very interesting!

Let me share that i m skinny but i was not born in country where skinny girl are meant beautiful, skinny girl weak according to my country, and i don't have L shape neck or chopstick legs and i look like walking skeleton, it just i really want to change my self not for fitting in beauty standard of my country but to look little healthy but the thing is i just find boring to eat and means i just forget that i haven't eaten anything,and let me tell you being skinny is not good i m bullied because of it and i have to just push my self to eat , and its really struggling 😭 please don't wish to be skinny in the end you will get unhealthy problem 😞.

I got some included in a Stylevana box (Heimish). The patches are thick and pretty obvious, but wearing sunglasses helped conceal them a bit. I would not wear them in my day to day life, even if I lived in a sunny country, because they look a bit silly and are wasteful and expensive. I admire people who would wear these and not feel embarassed. I would wear these to the beach or on a hike/run. When I exercise, my cheeks become very red and dehydrated, so I felt like these patches were great at retaining moisture.
